Andrew D. Parmeter was a 2007 graduate of Wayne Central High School. In 2011, Andrew was the passenger in a car accident that left him with severe brain trauma. After three weeks of intensive care he succumbed to his injury. He had a passion for fishing, snowboarding and skateboarding, with the goal of joining the Navy. Had he survived he would have required lifetime support, like that provided by the Hickok Center for Brain Injury.
