To be eligible to become a participant, an individual must meet the following admission criteria:
- Must have a diagnosis of acquired or traumatic brain injury or other neurological challenge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be independent in toileting needs *
- Must be independent in eating*
- Must be able to self-manage medications*
- Must be medically stable and not require the presence of on-site medical personnel*
- Must not present a threat to the safety of self or others*
- Must be drug/alcohol free*
- Must make the personal choice to be a participant
